概览
新天地位于淮海中路南侧，以上海特有的石库门建筑群为基础改造而成，保留了里弄的外墙、门头与街巷尺度，内部则化为时尚餐厅、酒吧与精品店。中共一大会址就坐落于街区之中，历史纪念地与都市夜生活在此仅一街之隔。它开创了石库门保护性商业开发的「新天地模式」。[1]
历史沿革
这片街区原为二十世纪初的法租界里弄住宅区。1921 年 7 月，中国共产党第一次全国代表大会在望志路 106 号（今兴业路 76 号）召开，这幢石库门房子成为中国革命的起点。二十世纪九十年代末，瑞安集团主持太平桥地区改造，2001 年新天地开业，开创「保留建筑外壳、置换内部功能」的城市更新模式。[1]

中共一大会址纪念馆公版预约参观，复原了当年会议场景；「屋里厢」石库门博物馆还原老上海人家的生活陈设。北里多历史建筑与高档餐厅，南里以现代商业为主，人工湖太平湖畔是散步看夜景的好去处。入夜后各国食客云集，露天座位一座难求。一大会址周边的树德里老弄堂格局完整保留。[1]
参观贴士
地铁 10 号线、13 号线一大会址·新天地站下车即到。一大会址纪念馆需提前在官方渠道实名预约；街区全天开放，夜晚氛围最佳但消费偏高。游览约两小时，可与思南公馆、复兴公园串成海派文化漫步线。街区餐饮以中高端为主，预算有限者可移步附近淮海路。[1]
Overview
South of Huaihai Road, Xintiandi reimagines a block of Shanghai's signature shikumen houses — stone-framed facades and lane layout intact — while their interiors have become restaurants, bars, and boutiques. The Site of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China stands within the district, a memorial beside the city's nightlife.
The lanes began as an early twentieth-century residential quarter of the French Concession. In July 1921 the First Congress of the CPC convened in the shikumen house at today's 76 Xingye Road, making it the starting point of the Chinese revolution. In the late 1990s Shui On Group redeveloped the Taipingqiao area — Xintiandi opened in 2001, pioneering the 'keep the shell, change the inside' model of urban renewal. The congress memorial is free by reservation; the Shikumen Open House museum recreates an old Shanghai home; Taiping Lake anchors evening walks.
Take subway Line 10 or 13 to Site of the First CPC National Congress · Xintiandi Station. Reserve the memorial online in advance; the district is open all day, busiest and priciest at night. Allow about two hours, chaining Sinan Mansions and Fuxing Park for a heritage walk.
